New features

The main new features, introduced in FEMAG/VB module, are :

• The needed power to keep the imposed interface position.
• As post-processor, the FEMAG V15.1 provides the user with a thermo-elastic stress computation module which takes into account the crystallographic axis of growth.
• Introduction of boundary layer meshes.
• Improvement of the radiation model.
• Time-dependent simulation uses “full-fluid” mode.
• Support global heat transfer calculation with or without M/C macro-element.
• Zn concentration segmentation calculation when growth CdZnTe crystal.
