Sales Manager (110816/1)

FEMAGSoft recruits a manager looking for new challenges. In an international environment for high technology industries, you will be responsible for achieving ambitious growth targets.

Your Function

  • You are responsible for the development of all sales activities.
  • You are in charge of the sales network, developing the distributor channels as well as direct sales.
  • You manage internal and external capacities to reach the sales objectives while respecting vision and values of FEMAGSoft.

Your Tasks

  • You establish with the Management Board the sales objectives according to general strategy for all the geographical zones.
  • You pilot sales of products worldwide, with a focus on Europe, Asia and US markets.
  • You organize and manage commercial efforts as responsible of Account Managers:
    • You allocate the objectives of sales to the Account Managers.
    • You are responsible for the training of the Account Managers.
    • You coach the Account Managers on means to increase their commercial performances, to reach their targets.
  • You visit on a regular base the customer's / prospective buyer's to assure the process of sale.
  • You negotiate and close new contracts.
  • You provide in Management Board the indicators of the sales activities.
  • You follow the new developments and applications of markets.
  • You provide to the development team market needs and demands opportunities.
  • You initiate and coordinate the elaboration action plans to penetrate into new markets.

Profile

  • Either you have an engineering degree with a strong sales experience or you are sales engineer with a strong technical background.
  • You show commercial flair and sales skill, you are customer oriented and you enjoy working in a small team.
  • You have a demonstrable experience (minimum of 2 years) in software sales.
  • You are fluent in English.
  • You have an experience in the international business and you are ready to travel more than 30% of your working time.
  • Your excellent interpersonal and communication skills will allow you to grow a broad network.
  • You are a people person who knows how to convince others at all levels.
  • You have a creative mind and you are open towards new ideas and initiatives.
  • You proved your leading role and your aptitude to manage a sales team.
  • You are available to start in a reasonable short period of time.
