FEMAGSoft, based near Louvain-la-Neuve, Belgium, established in 2003 as a spin-off company of the Université catholique de Louvain where research activity in the field of crystal growth started in the mid 1980's.

Since 1985, FEMAGSoft develops, markets and supports process-oriented simulation software products, to supply users with the most in-depth numerical tools and to help them design and optimize their processes through effective computer modelling.

FEMAGSoft develops, in particular, simulation software applied to crystal growth processes - semiconductor crystals are mainly used for chips manufacturing, electronics, photovoltaic, optical-electronics and communication industries. FEMAGSoft products are high-tech software used by leading crystal growers worldwide.
