Carry out your simulation projects taking the following two steps into account:
- Adjust some selected furnace parameters in order to:
- fit the computed results to real measurements from the process ;
- address the differences between model and real process ;
- compensate for the inaccuracy of some material properties.
- Perform a set of numerical experiments to improve the furnace design
and to determine optimal processing conditions.
This way will helps you to produce higher quality crystals at a lower cost, effective simulations replacing expensive and time-consuming real crystal pulling tests. Increases of the process yield can be obtained after a few weeks of simulation.
